HQ location

Set your HQ at Delta Yankee or Delta Uniform.

• Delta Yankee is the best option since it provides quick logistics access to all around the map, and the zone is relatively easy to stabilise.

Common local concerns

There are no local concerns specific to this map.

Insurgent spawns

Insurgents usually spawn at the mountains, the remote zones next to the mountains, and the rural zones near the river. Sometimes, they will spawn at Charlie Oscar.

Governor or advisors

You do not need to have a specific governor or advisor.

Initiative build

No special initiative build is needed to complete the map.

Special characteristics

On Mega-Brutal, the insurgency is rumored notably earlier then in other maps.

Difficulty: Casual

1. Place your HQ within Delta Yankee.
2. Immediately buy the following in order:
   1. District Representatives
   2. Effective Procurement
   3. Services Discussions
   4. Medical Supplies
   5. Core Health Care
   6. Outreach Office
   7. Universal Justice.
3. Wait two more months.
4. Buy Local Police Recruitment, and Infrastructure Discussions
5. Wait until January 2003
6. (optional but helps stabilise zones faster) Buy School Regeneration and Literacy Drive
7. Buy Anti-Corruption 1
8. Wait until April 2003
9. Buy PR and Media Office
10. Wait until "Insurgents rumored popup" appears
11. Buy Coalition Soldier 1, then Interpreters
12. Place Soldier 1 on Foxtrot Oscar.
13. Buy Coalition Soldier 2.
14. Contain the Insurgents by pushing them towards the mountains.
15. After a few turns, buy National Soldiers 1 then Coalition Soldiers 3; place them on the zone next of the Soldier 1 to prevent Insurgents from leaving the mountains
16. You should have atleast 3 stabilised zones at this point in the game; buy a job initiative or Main Roads
17. At this point of the game, continue to look for Insurgent Camps, train National Soldiers, buy Civilian Initiatives, and watch for corruption.
