Universal Justice is an initiative in Rebel Inc.

Strategies

Universal Justice offers a very good support boost, and when combined with PR & Media Office, more supporters can be secured with ease. On top of that, it also allows you to skip Local Militia and avoid its support penalty.
While it doesn't do anything else in particular, this initiative does have one minor weakness: Justice Hypocrisy. Certain decisions that involve shielding hostile or corrupt figures now have a very high risk (80~84%) of enraging locals with a large support level drop, making such options effectively inaccessible for optimal results, which can disrupt your plans if you are also unable to enact other options.
